On the ground floor, you’ll find a fitted kitchen, a living and dining area, a master bedroom, and a WC. Upstairs, there’s a large bedroom with a 180 cm bed, a smaller bedroom with a 160 cm bed, and a bathroom at your disposal. The WC is separate, and a second, well-equipped, modern, and functional living area completes the home. Outside, a terrace lets you enjoy sunny days. For parking, you have a spot in front of the house or next to the washhouse. Public street parking is also available a bit further up on the right. The beaches of Cancale, Saint-Malo, Dinard, and Dinan are 20 to 35 minutes away, and Cherrueix beach—famous for land sailing—is just 10 minutes away. Explore the Emerald Coast from Saint-Malo to Dinard and visit Dol-de-Bretagne, a unique medieval town with its Saint-Samson Cathedral and Mont-Dol. The bay of Mont-Saint-Michel is 27 km away.
